Pricing

Once we receive the required information, we typically send you a proposal within five to seven business days. However, if you would like to receive estimated pricing for your group, fill out the attached form and we will email you an estimate from several major carriers.
 

Accurate Proposal
Email your request to inquiry@peoplemanagepro.com, along with:

• Census with date of birth, date of hire, gender, type of coverage (EE – Employee Only)
• Copy of the current benefit summary (deductible, coinsurance, Rx benefit, etc)
• Copy of the latest months invoice from the current carrier
• Existing rates plus renewal rates (if available)
• HB 2015 data if electing to be underwritten without individual apps
• BCBS TX group application (if interested in a quote from BCBS)
• Individual applications with medical questions filled out (unless HB2015 data is available)
• Eliminate the need to change providers annually

Estimate Proposal
